Ceremony and dinner décor

Design and coordinate décor for the ceremony area and dinner tables, including linens, tableware recommendations, candles, and styling details, working with décor vendors to ensure setup matches the approved design.

Floral design coordination

Source and manage the florist for bouquets, boutonnieres, ceremony flowers, reception centerpieces, and any additional floral installations, ensuring designs follow the agreed color palette and budget.

Photographer and DJ

Research, recommend, and book a photographer and DJ that fit your style and budget; review and confirm contracts; provide them with timelines and shot lists/music briefs; coordinate all logistics on the day.

Beauty coordination

Research, recommend, and coordinate professional makeup and hair artists for the bride and bridesmaids; manage trial bookings, schedules for the wedding day, and all timing so that everyone is ready according to the event timeline.

Menu cards & table plan

Coordinate the design, production, and delivery of printed menus, table numbers, and seating plans; ensure all guest details are accurate and that stationery is placed correctly at the venue on the wedding day.

Food & Beverage

Catering for cocktail & canapés

Plan and coordinate catering for the post-ceremony cocktail hour, including canapés and light bites, in line with your tastes, dietary needs, and budget.

Dinner catering



Coordinate full dinner service (plated or buffet), including tastings, final menu selection, and schedule for service, liaising with the venue or external caterer and ensuring service flows smoothly with speeches and entertainment.

Alcohol & soft drinks



Coordinate bar service and beverage offering (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), including quantities, service style (open bar, package, consumption-based), and any special signature cocktails, and communicate all details to the caterer/venue.

On-the-Day Implementation

Supplier coordination



Act as the main point of contact for all booked venues and vendors, manage their arrival and setup times, review layouts, and oversee the execution of décor, catering, and entertainment according to the approved plan.



Catering for cocktail & canapés

Create and manage a detailed day-of schedule covering the ceremony, cocktails, dinner, speeches, dancing, and breakdown, ensuring all elements (food, music, photography moments) are synchronized and stress-free for you.

The Brief: Your Wedding & Vision



To give you a glimpse of the potential aesthetic for your day, we have curated a selection of visuals that embody the vibe, decoration, and venue style discussed during our first meeting.

Venue



The selection features an intimate stone chapel nestled within the expansive rows of a private vineyard. This setting offers a unique blend of historical architectural charm and the natural grandeur of the surrounding landscape

Ceremony



The ceremony takes place outdoors, directly in front of the vineyard chapel. The design utilizes the chapel’s facade as a timeless backdrop, creating a sacred, open-air space where guests remain fully engaged with the vows and the scenery.

Catering



Catering is approached as a progressive journey through the estate. The experience begins with a selection of refined canapés served among the vines immediately following the ceremony, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the vineyard atmosphere.



This is followed by a seated dinner in the garden featuring a specially curated menu designed to highlight local flavors in an elegant outdoor setting.

Vibe



The overarching vibe is one of effortless elegance that transitions from the structured beauty of the chapel to the relaxed luxury of the vineyard. This is achieved through a styling system where the natural environment and sophisticated hospitality interact to create a welcoming and sleek environment.

Decoration



Decoration focuses on a lush, monochromatic aesthetic featuring an abundance of white flowers to create a clean and sophisticated atmosphere. The highlight is a grand outdoor dinner in the garden, with long tables overflowing with white floral arrangements, designed to foster community and celebration under the stars.

Others



The day begins with a dedicated coordination of the morning preparations, ensuring a relaxed environment as the bride and groom get ready. Following the ceremony, the schedule includes a private photography session for the couple among the vines, followed by formal portraits with guests.



To provide a high-fidelity audio experience, a live singer and band will perform during the canapé hour to entertain guests, transitioning to a professional DJ who will lead the celebration throughout the night.
